Island Culture accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Currently, only Florida residents are required to pay sales tax.
Island Culture makes every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Our goal is to make sure that our customers receive their product in the shortest time possible so we process orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.
The colors on your computer monitor may appear differently than the actual products due to a variety of monitor settings or device screen settings.

Promo Codes

Yes, from time to time we offer promo codes. Please make sure you sign up for our email list to receive promo codes and exclusive offers.
The promotional code box is in the lower right-hand corner of your screen on the checkout page. It may be necessary to use the scroll bar located on the right-hand side of your screen to see the promotional code box.
No, we do not allow stacking of promo codes.
No, promo codes can only be used on new orders and must be entered when the order is placed online.
You cannot make any changes to your order once you click submit.
Sorry, at this time promo codes can only be used for in-stock merchandise.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service to your specified address. All larger, bulky items may be shipped via UPS standard ground service. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been transmitted. An additional shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.
We will make every effort to ship your order within 2-5 business days upon receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to shipping service delays.
At this time we are not shipping internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Write your RA number on the outside of the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items.
